To cancel a reservation at most 72 hours in advance, if you have registered on our website, you must do so from your “My account” section of the website. Once you have logged in with your username and password, in the “contact” section, indicate in the subject the option: “Cancellation” and always 72 hours in advance of the date of the first service (less in the case of tickets or offers that do not allow changes or cancellations). Once these 72 hours have passed, cancellations will not be accepted but modifications will be accepted within the same season by sending the request to info@palaudegel.ad

If you have not registered on our website, you will have to send an email to info@palaudegel.ad and we will respond as soon as possible. For all reservations that have been modified once and that are on an open date, we will not refund the amount thereof.

El Palau de gel is not responsible for any change, cancellation or modification of the reservation, nor for any loss or damage caused by non-compliance, by those responsible for providing the services, with the respective obligations towards the client, when the non-compliance is caused by circumstances of force majeure.
