At the Palau de Gel you can enjoy the 25-meter-long sports pool every morning, an ideal space for both training and free swimming.
Children up to 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult, and wearing a swimming cap is mandatory to use it.
In addition, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15 a.m., we offer advanced swimming classes for adults.

- Places will be assigned in strict order of registration.
- 10% discount for annual members of any of our facilities (parent member)
- Any request to change the day of the activity will be subject to the availability of the requested course.
- There will be no courses during school holidays and public holidays.
Due to the anticipated construction work for 2026, we can currently only offer after-school courses during the first quarter.
